IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2018 Vacancy :

IBPS RRB 2018 Notification will be released in July in which total 8000 vacancies are expected to be released for Officer Assistant post and 7000 for Officer Scale-I, II, and III Posts. IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2018 Eligibility Criteria :

IBPS RRB 2018 Eligibility Criteria has been decided as per the number of vacant posts. Below, we have given the full details of education Qualification.

To apply for the IBPS RRB Recruitment 2018 for Office Assistant CWE Exam, candidates must have done a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.

(a) Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*. (b) Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.

Age Limit: Candidate's age should be between 18 to 28 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 2nd July 1989 and later than 1st July 1999 (both dates inclusive).

• For General Candidate lower age limit is 18 and upper age limit is 28 years.
• For OBC candidates, lower age limit is 18 and upper age limit is 31 years.
• For SC & ST candidates, the upper age limit is 33 years

Age Relaxation: The age relaxation is apical as per the government rules on the reserved categories.

• ST/SC Category: 5 years
• OBC Category: 3 years
• PWD Category: 10 years

Nationality / Citizenship – A candidates should have citizenship as follows:

Reasoning:- Focus on Comprehensional Reasoning, Venn Diagrams, Number Series, Coding and decoding, Problem Solving Techniques, Statement & Conclusion type questions, arithmetic reasoning, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, syllogistic reasoning, Seating Arrangements.

English or Hindi Language:- Mainly Focus on the topics like Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Error, Sentence correction, fill in the blanks, Comprehension & Cloze Test etc.

Numerical Ability:- Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages , Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Date Interpretation is the section which have to be focused.

Computer Awareness:- Basic of Computers, Computer Organization, Generations of computer, Input & Output Device, Shortcuts & Basic knowledge MS word, MS Excel, MS power point, Memory Orientation, Internet, LAN, WAN, Modem, Computer Abbreviations, Modern day Technology. Remember short cut Tricks of MS Word, MS Excel & Computer Abbreviations.

General Awareness:- Questions will be asked from Indian Current Events, Banking, General Science, General Knowledge. Focus will be mainly on Current affairs of National & International news, Important dates, Current Science, Technology, Sports & Culture & Banking Sector. Some questions from Marketing can come in the exam.

RRB Office Assistant 2018 Selection Precess :

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will conduct the common written exam (CWE) CRP RRBs-VII for selection of the candidates in IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2018.
