JEE Advanced 2018 Registration :

JEE Advanced 2018 Online Registration will be started from 2nd May and IIT JEE 2018 Advanced exam will be conducted on 20th May 2018. JEE Advanced 2018 Application Form will be released on 2nd April on the official website of JEE ADV i.e. jeeadv.ac.in and the last date to register is 7th May. About JEE Advanced: The JEE also was known as Joint Entrance Examination conducted by several zonal IITs under the guidance of JAB also known as Joint Admission Board. It is an All India Common Engineering Entrance Exam. This particular examination is conducted in two stages known as JEE Mains 2018 and JEE Advanced 2018 Exam. Both the exams follow objective type pattern. This examination considered as the toughest and hardest admission tests in India. Candidates who qualify JEE Mains reach the second stage of this examination known as JEE Advanced. It is projected that about 12 lakhs students appear for this exam and after pruning and selection process of the first stage, the list of students eligible for JEE Advanced 2018 is released. It is estimated that more than 2 lakh aspirants sit for this admission test and a total no. of 11000 seats are to be filled in all the respective IITs across the country.

No. of Attempts: - All the candidates are allowed to appear a maximum of two times in Consecutive years for the examination.

JEE Advanced 2018 Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification:-
  • The Candidate should have Appeared/Appearing in Class 12th examination in the year 2017 or 2018.
  • The Candidates those who already appeared in class 12th examination in the year 2016 and again want to appear in the year 2018 or are going to give improvement, then they are required to appear in all subjects.
Eligibility Criteria:-
  • The applicant qualified for JEE Mains has to at least score a minimum of 75% Marks in class 12th (Gen/OBC) and 65% marks in 12th or equivalent exam (SC/ST).
  • Or the candidate should lie in the category-wise top 20 percentile of in their particular Class 12th Board Examination.
  • The candidate should have qualified the JEE Mains examination with the minimum marks specified by the Institute.
  • Top 2 Lakh merit holder qualified candidates will be eligible to give JEE Advanced 2018 Examination.
Age Limit: - To apply for this admission test the applicant should possess a minimum age of on or after Oct 1, 1992. Age Relaxation of 5 years will be provided to SC/ST Candidates i.e. they should be born on or after Oct 1, 1987.

  • Make the payment of application fees by any online mode or means.

Candidates are advised to fill JEE Advanced 2018 Online Application form before the last date, because after closing the JEE Advanced 2018 Registration form no one will be applicable to apply for it. 

JEE Advanced 2018 Application Fee :

All the male applicants have to pay Rs. 2600 while SC/ST and Female Candidates have to pay Rs. 1300 as the application fees. Once Fee payment is done, it is not refundable. The fee payment can be done through any online payment mode like Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking etc. While for examination center in Dubai Candidate has to pay USD 270.

JEE Advanced 2018 Exam Pattern :

To clear the examination, a candidate should be aware of the examination pattern and syllabus to crack it. The JEE Advanced 2018 Exam Pattern and syllabus comprise of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Maths. Candidates who wish to appear in Architecture courses offered by IITs have to study some extra syllabus. There will be two papers of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Candidate’s appearance in both the papers is mandatory. Total time of three hours will be provided in each paper. Objective type questions will be asked. For every wrong answer, negative marking will be given. Paper will be available in both Hindi and English mode.

JEE Advanced 2018 AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) -This test is conducted offline only for all the applicants who want to apply for B.Arch. from IITs. This exam is held in offline mode only. JEE Advanced 2018 Selection Procedure :

The JEE is conducted in two stages. First stage is the JEE Mains around 2 lakhs students have been selected for JEE Advanced 2018 exam. These 2 lakh students will be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced Examination 2018. The students who will qualify in JEE Advanced will be distributed evenly i.e. the distribution of students in respective colleges will be done on the basis of Merit List. First 11000 (tentative) will be distributed among the Top IITs and the remaining will be distributed among the NITs.

JEE Advanced Admit Card 2018 :

All the aspirants who will submit the JEE Advanced 2018 online Application form. After that, the Authority will issue an e-admit card for the students. The IIT JEE Advanced Admit Card 2018 will have all the general information related to the candidate and the exam. It is compulsory to carry the admit card to the examination hall. The aspirant will be able to download admit card till 20th May 2018. JEE Advanced Cut off 2018 :

The cutoff marks are the imperative factor in enrolling process. The JEE established the cutoff marks to limit the students. The cutoff score is the margin line which is decided to select the eligible students. If any candidate secured marks less than the cutoff, then he/she will not get enrolled in top engineering college.
