SSC JHT 2018 Eligibility Criteria :

Education Qualification for the Post Code “A” to “E”
Candidates must have passed master’s degree from the recognized university in Hindi with English as an elective or compulsory subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
OR
Candidates must have passed master’s degree from the recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as an elective or compulsory subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level.
OR
Candidates must have done recognized diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.
Education Qualification for the Post Code “F”
Candidates must have done master’s degree from the recognized university in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as an elective or compulsory subject at degree level,
OR
Candidates must have done bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects (which includes the term compulsory and elective)
Education Qualification for the Post Code “G”
Candidates must have done bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from the recognized university or Institute plus Master’s degree in any subject from the recognized university or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from the recognized University/Institute.

SSC JHT 2018 Age Limit :

Age Limit: Candidates who want to apply for SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2018 examination age should not be exceeding 30 years as on 1st January 2018. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the government rules. For more details, candidates are advised to wait till SSC JHT 2018 official notification declaration.

A candidate must be either:
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or

SSC JHT 2018 Application Fee :

Candidates must have to Pay Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) and application fee can be paid through SBI Challan/SBI Net banking or through credit/debit cards of any bank.
Women candidates & candidates who belonging to SC, ST, Persons with disability and Ex-servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying the fee as per rules/instructions of Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
Note: - Application Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2018 Exam Pattern :

The SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2018 Examination will comprise of two papers - Paper I and Paper II which conducted for the total number of 400 marks. The JHT Paper I examination will consist of objective type questions from two parts - General English and General Hindi & it will be held in computer based mode. The JHT Paper II will be a conventional type test which conducted for 200 marks comprising of questions on translation and essay. The JHT Paper-II will be conducted in respect of only those candidates who get the minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I.

SSC JHT 2018 Syllabus :

The SSC JHT 2018 Exam Syllabus offers detail regarding the topics and chapters of the Junior Hindi Translator exam.
